How To Get An Appoinment!

Hi guys, i came across this little tips from Jim Rohn’s training.

Here is what we can do to initiate an appoinment. Here is how it looks like:

To get an appointment for an instant presentation with

a prospect, simply say this:

“I got a good story. Takes about two minutes.

Might make you a lot of money, might not.

Want to hear it?”

Almost 100% of the people you talk to will want to hear

your two-minute story. I love this sentence, and it has

made me a fortune.

Why does this sentence work?

1. Everyone wants to hear a good story.

2. If it is only two minutes, it is safe

for them to listen to the story.

So what do you do next?

Well, just give them a quick one minute presentation

and then if they are interested, you can talk longer.

So try using:

“I got a good story. Takes about two minutes.

Might make you a lot of money, might not.

Want to hear it?”

And watch your prospects’ eyes light up while they lean

forward, eagerly awaiting your story.

“Have you found the opportunity that will take care

of you and your family for the rest of your life?”

Clerk:

“Uh, I didn’t even know there were such opportunities.”

Jim Rohn:

“Well, then I have to ask you another question. How

much time to you spend each week looking for it?”

Clerk:

“I didn’t even know I should be looking.”

Jim Rohn:

“Well, when you decide to start looking, here is my

card, give me a call.”

Please notice there are two things happening here.

#1. You create an instant prospect.

#2. You upgraded your prospect from an ordinary

prospect who would have just wanted to earn

a part-time income … to a potential leader

who wanted to create a lifetime opportunity.

Neat, eh?

So what do you do next?

You could set an appointment to talk to them later.

You could send them to a website, give them your

business card, invite them on a tele-conference,

loan them a DVD … lots of options.

Or, just give them your “One-Minute Presentation” -

and then if they are interested, you can talk longer.

So try using:

“Have you found the opportunity that will take care

of you and your family for the rest of your life?”

And watch your prospects’ eyes light up while they

dream of a new life without being shackled to a job.

Thinking Big

Well, I got to admit that I was fearful or skeptical before I started doing my online business. The main concern that I realize with the people that I talk to nowadays is the risk. Then I came to realize that it doing business is really a risk of knowledge. Most of us are not train to do a business because there is no such subject as Business 101 in our academic structure.

Therefore, starting a business is like asking a person to venture into an unknown world. After reading a lot of information, the secret of successful businessmen is –Thinking BIG. People are afraid of making mistakes. When I advise people not to be afraid, they often give me the grin on their voice. If you are in a job today and you make mistakes, the only outcome from it is that you learn something new.

So, start of by setting a goal. Set a target on what you want to achieve. Maybe you want to make a 5-figure income? Write that specific figure down. Is it $10,000 per month or $50,000 per month? The way you set your mind to it will attract individuals around you and these people may turn out to be the ones to help you succeed.

Many people search ways to make money online but they have a mindset that already think that it is impossible to make money online. But, they still go on searching for opportunities online. This is where a clash occurs between your action and your mind. As long as you don’t believe, you will not make it.

If you ask any successful men out there and tell them you want to earn $10,000 per month. They will smile at you and congratulate you on your goals. On the other hand, if you say the same thing in front of your colleagues, they will probably laugh at you and tell you to stop dreaming.

At the end of the day, would you rather listen to a millionaire or to a colleague who is earning the same amount as you do? Think about it.

Have Faith in Yourself

Building a network marketing business requires faith especially when you just started. It is because success does not come instantly but over time.
The most crucial part is to be able to have the right attitude. No one will succeed if that person thinks he is already not going to make it during the start. Having faith is a must in order for someone to be able to build a large and profitable network marketing business. Without faith, nothing you do will create any accomplishment because you never believe in yourself.
You may ask a question on how you can have faith?  Well, for someone who doesn’t have this kind of features, it can be developed. A constant reminder must always be done by writing out the things that you want to achieve. You are encouraged to read out those statements twice a day. This programs you mind subconsciously to be successful and not the other way.
One very important step is to set up or build your dream board. Put up pictures of your dream house, dream car, places you want to go and look at it every day. Let your mind be in the positive side of emotion all the time.
However, a person will not be able to develop unless he chooses to. It is a simple choice, improve and get better or stay and struggle. On personal development, you can read books or listen to audio recordings of Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar and many more.

Motivation is also very important because we see this importance all the time. You may have seen someone who is struggling with their business but after they attended a convention, their business suddenly blew off the roof. Big events inject high motivation into people and put you on a mad engine of motivation. This gives you positivity and you will have the certain kind of attitude where you are not afraid of anything that is being thrown at you.

In conclusion, building a network marketing business really takes a lot of discipline because we are in control of our own time.  We only have ourselves to blame and in the end of the day, the one who knows the magic will win. The magic is none other than work! work! work!.
