Laughter are good for mental health!
Humans are the only creatures in the face of the earth that can laugh or smile. Do you know that when we laugh, about 80 muscles from face to the abdomen are in motion. These muscles movements are good for health.

We can easily smile when in favourable circumstances and never burst into a big laughter when in adversity. Why should’t we laugh more? In my opinion, we should laugh even in adversity. Laughing is one great exercise and it is effortless. Besides, a laugh is better than a dull face.
So, whenever you face a problem, don’t frown or be disappointed, just keep on smiling and laughing when you confront your problems. Keep you mindset positive.
