In this industry, there is the term of upline, downline and sideline that is always related to us if we are doing this business. We will always be in these two position,a Upline, Downline or a Sideline. So it is important to know what we should be in these different position. Relationship between uplines, downlines and sidelines

Downlines to uplines -

100% duplication, show respect and always appreciate uplines.

Sidelines -

To build a strong and close relationship, be helpful and motivate each other.

Do not discuss on personal and education background but exchange experiences instead.

Do not discuss on ranks but discuss on sales volume instead.

Do not discuss on negative issues but show encouragement to one another.

When encounter negative issues, report to your upline.
